With the little extras provided as standard including fresh milk, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, cooking basics (olive oil, seasonings, herbs & spices) & cleaning items (tea towels, kitchen roll, laundry pods, dishwasher tabs) your packing requirements are simplified. Even your wet weather entertainment needs are satisfied with free wifi, BT tv, Netflix, an “Alexa” speaker and a selection of books & games.

There is a small fully enclosed garden for guests exclusive use as well as a good sized shed where equipment, buggies etc can be stored. A retractable washing line is also provided with pegs & a basket stored in the kitchen. A larger grassed area to the front of the property is shared with our downstairs neighbour, guests are very welcome to use the area however please always respect our neighbour’s privacy. BBQs are permitted in this area only.

Family

The apartment is family friendly and younger guests are very welcome. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements however we can provide any of the following as standard:

changing mat

Things to Note: Due to the property being a first/second floor apartment there are self-closing fire doors fitted throughout, we are unable to provide door stops for fire safety reasons and so little hands need watched.

The property is strictly no smoking, no pets and no hen/stag parties. Because it is located in a residential area we kindly ask guests to respect the quiet hours of 11pm – 6am.

Free on street parking is available outside the property on a first come first serve basis. There is not usually an issue getting a space however there is alternative parking available nearby that we can advise on when necessary.

BBQs are prohibited in the small enclosed garden.
