Accessed by a flight of stairs the apartment comprises a modern, bright kitchen diner and comfortable living room which benefits from beautiful views across Loch Linnhe. On the same floor is a sleek shower room, a spacious twin room and a kingsize bedroom. The upper level opens up on to a landing with a handmade work station and chair, alongside a family bathroom, single bedroom and kingsize bedroom with dual aspect windows giving views over Loch Linnhe. Two of the bedrooms have smart televisions and all have ample storage space, soft bedding and plump pillows.

In the lounge there is a large smart television with bt tv included, an “Alexa” Bluetooth speaker and a small selection of maps, books & games. The modern, fully fitted kitchen includes integrated appliances to make this stay a home from home with full-size dishwasher, washer/dryer and full-size fridge freezer for your convenience.

There is a small, private, fully-enclosed garden with garden furniture and shed storage space provided for guests use.  Guests have shared use of the larger, grassed garden to the front of the property with our downstairs’ neighbour.  Free on-street parking is available outside the property.

Location

Located minutes from Fort William town centre and the main A82 in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, Number 6 boasts a perfect mix of both town & country. Benefiting from beautiful coutryside views due to its raised position, this apartment offers guests peace & quiet with the added convenience of being within walking distance of the town centre with its shops, cafes, restaurants & bars.

The main bus & train stations are located in the town centre with the Jacobite Steam Train beginning its journey to Mallaig from there. The West Highland Way completes its course at the west end of the high street, a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

From the doorstep guests have the option of walking a few minutes downhill to the bustle of the high street or taking the scenic route to the top of the hill and down over into the beautiful tranquility of Glen Nevis. Alternatively, within a couple of minutes driving, guests can find themselves on the A82 with options in all directions. Head south through the majestic Glencoe and lose yourself in the dramatic and ever changing landscape. Follow the road north towards Loch Ness and ultimately Inverness or cut off to the beautiful Isle of Skye for the day.  Heading west leads over the impressive Caledonian Canal, on the Road to the Isles, through Glenfinnan and onwards passing the white sandy beaches of Arisaig & Morar towards the small fishing village of Mallaig.
